Dumitru Buzatu este în centrul atenției, după ce a fost prins în flagrant când lua mită de la un om de afaceri. Fostul șef al Consiliului Județean Vaslui a fost reținut pentru 30 de zile, după ce anchetatorii i-au găsit în portbagajul mașinii nu mai puțin de 1,25 milioane de lei, bani care erau din fondul de flagrant al Direcției Naționale Anticorupție. Câți bani îi intrau, de fapt, în cont lunar fostului baron PSD?
Dumitru Buzatu nu stă rău deloc la capitolul finanțe și proprietăți deținute. Politicianul are o declarație de avere destul de stufoasă, care i-a pus pe mulți pe gânduri. Fostul baron PSD a avut, în 2022, un salariu de la Consiliul Județean în valoare de 164.268 de lei. Sigur că, pe lângă acest venit, fostul șef al CJ Vaslui lua și pensia pentru limită de vârstă de 95.820 de lei, dar și pensia specială ca fost parlamentar de 73.372 de lei. În total, acesta încasa 330.000 de lei, adică lunar circa 28.000 de lei lunar (5.600 de euro). Și asta nu e tot!

Potrivit declarației de avere, făcută publică de România TV, Dumitru Buzatu are nouă terenuri, patru dintre ele fiind dobândite prin contract de vânzare cumpărare, iar restul prin „altele”. Doar două terenuri sunt deținute în cotă parte, restul exclusiv de politician. Cel mai mare teren are nu mai puțin de 46.000 de metri pătrați, iar cel mai mic are 500 mp.
Patru dintre ele sunt agricole, două sunt forestiere, două sunt intravilane, iar unul se află în „altă categorie”. Două au fost luate în 2006, alte două în 2008, iar restul în 2018. Dumitru Buzatu are și două mașini, o șalupă și o rulotă. În anul 2022, i-a donat fiului său o casă de locuit, un teren intravilan și un teren agricol. Are trei conturi în bănci și un credit la bancă făcut pe cinci ani, scadent în anul 2006. Acesta este în valoare de 205.202 lei.

Reamintim că, Dumitru Buzatu a fost reținut pentru 30 de zile, după ce a luat mită de la un afacerist. Acesta a fost prins în flagrant de către autorități, cu suma de 1,25 milioane de lei în portbagaj. Banii aparțin fondului de flagrant al DNA. Între timp, acesta a fost dat jos din funcție și exclus din partidul din care făcea parte. În locul lui, la șefia CJ Vaslui, a fost pus Ciprian Trifan.
„Dispune arestarea preventivă a inculpatului Buzatu Dumitru, cercetat pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de luare de mită prev. de art. 6 şi art. 7 lit. a din legea 78/2000 rap. la art. 289 alin.1 C.pen, pe o perioadă de 30 de zile începând cu data de 24.09.2023 până la 23.10.2023, inclusiv.
Dispune emiterea mandatului de arestare preventivă. În baza art. 275 alin. (3) C. proc. pen., cheltuielile judiciare avansate de stat rămân în sarcina acestuia. Constată că inculpatul a fost asistat de apărătorii aleşi Cu drept de contestație în termen de 48 de ore de la pronunţare pentru inculpat şi de la comunicare pentru Direcției Naționale Anticorupție, Serviciul Teritorial Iaşi. Pronunţată în Camera de consiliu, azi, 23.09.2023”, se arată în informarea făcută de Tribunalul Vaslui.
