
Ingrediente paine:
1 kg fainao cana mare de apao lingurinta de zaharo lingura untdelemno lingura drojdieo lingura sare
Mod de preparere paine:
Drojdia se desface in putina apa calduta in care s-a pus o lingurita de zahar. Se amesteca apoi cu 2-3 pumni de faina si restul de apa.
Plamadeala obtinuta se bate pana se face basici, se presara cu faina si se lasa la cald, la dospit, aproximativ o ora.
Cand a crescut aluatul, se amesteca bine cu restul de faina, ulei si sare si se framanta, turnand apa calduta, putin cate putin, pana ce coca nu se mai lipeste de maini.
Se da iar la dospit, doua, trei ore.
Cand este gata, din aluat se formeaza paini care se ung cu putin ulei. Se dau la cuptor, la foc potrivit, o ora.
