Tradiția gastronomică românească de Paște include și deliciosul drob, un preparat apetisant și plin de savoare.
Iată câteva rețete variate pentru drob, de la cel clasic de miel până la variante inedite, care îți vor încânta papilele gustative!
1. Drob tradițional de miel
Ingrediente:
- Organe de miel (ficat, inimă, plămâni, rinichi)
- 6 ouă proaspete
- 3 ouă fierte, tari, fără coajă
- 100 g ulei
- 4 legături usturoi verde
- 4 legături ceapă verde
- 2 legături pătrunjel
- 2 legături mărar
- 3 linguri ulei
- Prapur de miel sau pesmet
- Sare și piper
Mod de preparare:

- Fierbe organele de miel timp de 40-45 de minute și lasă-le să se răcească.
- Călește ceapa verde și usturoiul în ulei până devin moi.
- Taie carnea răcită în cuburi mici și amestec-o cu ouăle, ceapa și usturoiul călite, pătrunjelul, mărarul, sare și piper.
- Tapetează o tavă cu prapur de miel sau pesmet și pune compoziția în tavă.
- Integrează cele 3 ouă fierte în compoziție, apoi acoperă drobul și coace-l la cuptor pentru 40-50 de minute.
2. Drob de porc, pui sau vițel
Ingrediente:
- 1 kg ficat de pui / porc / vițel
- 1 kg pipote și inimi de pui / 700 g inimi de porc și 200 g piept de pui / 200 g inimă de vițel, 100 g rinichi, 300 g plămân de vițel
- 8 ouă
- 1 legătură pătrunjel
- 1 legătură mărar
- 2 legături ceapă verde
- 3 cepe mari
- Sare și piper
Mod de preparare:

- Fierbe pipotele și inimile până devin moi.
- Călește bucățile de ficat în ulei și scoate-le din tigaie.
- Călește ceapa și adaugă în compoziție alături de ouăle bătute.
- Amestecă toate ingredientele și pune-le în tavă, adăugând ouăle fierte în mijloc.
- Coace drobul la cuptor pentru aproximativ 40 de minute.
3. Drob vegetarian cu ciuperci
- 450 g ciuperci pleurotus
- 450 g ciuperci champignon
- 3 ouă
- 50 g făină de năut
- 2 legături pătrunjel
- 2 legături mărar
- 2 legături usturoi verde
- 2 legături ceapă verde
- 2 morcovi
- ½ linguriță cimbru uscat
- Sare și piper
Mod de preparare:

- Călește ciupercile și legumele, apoi adaugă ouăle bătute și făina de năut.
- Pune compoziția în tavă și coace drobul la cuptor pentru aproximativ 45 de minute.
4. Drob de pește
Ingrediente:
- 2 kg carne mixtă de pește (somn, crap, sturion, salau) dezosată
- 5 ouă
- 2 legături ceapă verde
- 1 cățel de usturoi
- ½ kg ciuperci
- 1 țelină mare
- 2 morcovi
- 350 g cașcaval ras
- Busuioc, coriandru
- Sare și piper
Mod de preparare:

- Călește legumele și adaugă ciupercile.
- Adaugă bucățile de pește în sos și lasă-le să fiarbă.
- Amestecă toate ingredientele, adaugă ouăle bătute și coace drobul la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.
Indiferent de preferințele tale, aceste rețete de drob îți vor încânta familia și invitații la masa de Paște. Sărbători fericite și poftă bună!
