Nu sunt puțini clienții care calcă pragul magazinelor Lidl din România, însă nu toți se informează despre produsele pe care aleg să le pun în coșul de cumpărături. Cei mai mulți omit citirea etichetei de pe ambalaj, motiv pentru care nu au habar de unde provine mâncarea pe care o vor pune pe masă – fie că este vorba despre legume, fructe sau carne. Cele mai recente informații vin oficial din partea retailerului german.
În cei 5 ani de prezență pe piața din România, Lidl a devenit liderul pieței locale de comerț alimentar – acoperind toate categoriile de produse comercializate cu mărci private (Cien, W5, Pilos) + sortimentele disponibile în timpul săptămânilor tematice. Colaborează cu producători locali – ferme, crescătorii de păsări și animale și este singurul retail din piață unde ponderea mărcilor proprii este de 80% la aproape toate articolele de la raft.
„Modelul de business al Lidl este unic pe piaţa locală – peste 80% dintre produsele aflate pe rafturile magazinelor noastre sunt marcă proprie. În prezent, avem produse marcă proprie pentru aproape fiecare categorie de produs pe care o comercializăm: de la produse de bază, dar şi articole care răspund unor nevoi specifice ale consumatorilor, până la bunuri premium. Mărcile private au câştigat din ce în ce mai mult încrederea consumatorilor. În timp, multe dintre mărcile private Lidl au devenit branduri în sine, iar printre acestea se numără Cămara Noastră (produse româneşti – n.red.), Pilos, W5, lupilu (articole pentru copii – n.red.) sau Cien“, spun reprezentanţii companiei.

Fie că este vorba de legume, fructe, carnea de pui, de porc sau de vită din Lidl România, conform unui comunicat emis de retailerul german, la acest moment Lidl colaborează cu peste 100 de colaboratori din România, pentru diverse categorii de produse. O parte din legumele și fructele de pe rafturi provin din România, precum și 90% din carnea de pui, porc sau de vită, ceea ce înseamnă că aproximativ 70-80% din produsele de acest tip provin de la producători români.
„În acest moment, la împlinirea a cinci ani de prezenţă pe piaţa de retail din România, avem peste 100 de colaboratori din România, pentru diverse categorii de produse pe care să le oferim clienţilor noştri. Legumele şi fructele nu sunt însă singurele produse proaspete care provin din România. Carnea proaspătă din magazinele Lidl provine aproape în totalitate (aproximativ 90%) de la furnizori din ţara noastră“, a dezvăluit retailerul german.
